HARRY STEPHENSON

Harry started recruitment within the Fiber & OSP space for a leading global recruitment firm in the summer of 2020, the height of covid. Despite this he quickly found success, looking to start his own ādivisionā, which led him to move sectors to IP Networking focusing on the USA.
OLLIE SMITH
President & Co-Founder
Ollie started recruiting in Enterprise Network Engineering recruitment at a leading agency in late 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ollie built a highly successful career recruiting specifically in the US Market, receiving 5 promotions in 3 years and becoming a Team Lead.
Joshua Pauley
Senior Consultant
Josh joined a premier global agency in early 2023, specializing in IP/Telecommunications recruitment. With his technical expertise and relentless work ethic, he earned two promotions in under two years, streamlining hiring processes for top companies in the sector. At MDP, Josh helps lead our USA-focused IP/Telecom division, delivering outstanding results.
